Hochrain, Wösendorf

Auf den Böschungsterrassen des „Hochrain“ in Wösendorf steht mein Grüner Veltliner auf tiefgründigem Löss. Die Weine entwickeln sich hier nussig und würzig mit gelbfruchtigem Aroma. Im Vergleich mit den Veltlinern vom Urgestein ist der „Hochrain“ ein präzises Bespiel, wie sehr der Boden den Charakter des Weins beeinflusst.

2015: Alkohol 13,1% vol, trocken bei 1,0g/l RZ,   5,2g/l Säure,   pH 3,38

2014: Alkohol 12,2% vol, trocken bei 1,0g/l RZ,   6,2g/l Säure,   pH 3,2

2013: Alkohol 13,2% vol, trocken bei 1,2g/l RZ,   6,2g/l Säure,   pH 3,3

2012: Alkohol 12,9% vol, trocken bei 1,0g/l RZ,   5,3g/l Säure,   pH 3,4

2011: Alkohol 13,1% vol, trocken bei 1,5g/l RZ,   5,6g/l Säure,   pH 3,4
